TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders:
Please send the Orders to our Marketing department: sales@arguset.com or fax: +(7) 337-20-69 We will reconfirm your purchase order by return order acknowledgement and drawing within two working days. The Order became effective only after signed Acknowledgement and outline drawing sent to Argus.If we do not receive the signed documents within 1 month- our Company will cancel the Order.
We set the minimum production limits and the minimum order limits:
- Waveguide Devices.
The minimum order: $500.00
The minimum quantity: 3pcs
- Microstrip Devices.
The minimum order: $200.00
The minimum quantity: 3pcs
- Coaxial Devices.
The minimum order: $350.00
The minimum quantity: 2pcs
- Drop-In Devices.
The minimum order: $250.00
The minimum quantity: 5pcs
The Typical Non Recurring Engineering got increased to the minimum of $1500.00. The level of the NRE to be determined for each project.
"Set up charge" will be requiring in case of unique or nonstandard or urgent demand of deliveries.
The min set up charge- $300.00 and the max-$1000.00
Change Orders and Cancellations:
Change orders are considered to be in effect after both the Buyer and Seller have reached a mutual agreement as to the effect of the change on price, delivery, or other conditions of the order. Cancellation of any accepted orders can be made only with the Seller’s written consent thereto and upon such terms as will satisfy all costs incurred by the Seller and its proportionate profit on work completed.
The Seller will attempt to progress any cancellation promptly. Items scheduled for shipment within twenty one (21) days of the receipt of Buyer’s notice of cancellation or rescheduling may not be terminated or rescheduled and must be accepted and paid for at the agreed upon prices.
Quotation and Prices
All quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue, unless otherwise noted. Prices quoted are F.O.B. Saint-Petersburg, Russia.
Prices quoted by Argus are final and are not subject for haggling. If your Company have the target please notify Argus-ET with your RFQ.
Shipping instructions
Shipments are made using the carrier and means specified by customer on his/her purchase
order. When not specified by the customer, Argus-ET will specify the carrier to be used which
normally is UPS.
All shipments will be made freight collect, unless otherwise specifically agreed to.
Terms of Payments
All sales are subject to net 30 days from date of invoice, unless specifically agreed to otherwise in writing. The terms of payments are indicated in the Credit Application. |
